Bizquip was appointed through a competitive tender process to deliver the workplace relocation and full loose furniture package for ION Group as part of their relocation from Dublin 4 to their new Dublin headquarters at Styne House, Dublin 2. Working closely with Savills Ireland Workplace & Design, Project Management teams and ION Group, Bizquip provided a complete turnkey solution for all loose furniture, relocation services and video conferencing solutions to support a seamless transition into the new space.
Bizquip managed the full relocation process, co-ordinating the move from their former office to Styne House, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. In parallel, we delivered the complete loose furniture package to facilitate a team of 84 people, designed by Savills Ireland Workplace & Design team, supplying high-quality, ergonomic & contemporary furniture solutions aligned with the client’s workplace strategy and brand.
In addition, our Workplace Technology team worked with ION Group’s IT team to roll out a comprehensive video conferencing and remote Town Hall solution throughout the space, enabling effective collaboration and meeting room environments from day one.
The project was delivered successfully and on schedule, resulting in a modern, functional, and technology-enabled workplace that supports Ion’s day-to-day operations and future growth. Close collaboration between Bizquip, Savills Ireland and ION Group ensured a smooth relocation and a highly successful overall outcome.
