Sandyford Business District Wellness Week. September 2019
As a committed member of the Sandyford Business Improvement District (SBID), Bizquip is delighted to be participating in their annual Wellness Week which runs from September 23rd to 27th inclusive, and incorporates the Spirit Sandyford 5km run.
Wellness Week is an initiative that aims to support and educate members of SBID and their employees in how they can introduce new approaches to the workplace and beyond, with the intention of helping them focus more on personal wellness and wellbeing. Each day will have a different theme and will include Mindfulness, Transformation, Wellbeing, Taking Action and Feeling Good.
We are delighted to be presenting on the topic of ergonomics, during which we will help attendees manage ergonomic risk in the workplace can improve their musculoskeletal health. Our demonstration will give direction on various ergonomic tools and practices and their benefits.
Established in 2017, The Sandyford Business Improvement District Company represents the entire business community in the District. Funded by the business community and working closely and cooperatively with the local authority as well as local residents and other stakeholders, SBID is one of the main drivers for the future development of Sandyford Business District.
SBID represents the four business parks which constitute the Sandyford Business District:
• Central Park
• Sandyford Business Park
• South County Business Park
• Stillorgan Business Park
And are working towards the vision of establishing the Sandyford Business District as a world-class destination to work and reside. This will include working to further develop a vibrant community of businesses and residents with a unique identity. SBID aims to develop the area into one where living, working, shopping and spending leisure time is attractive, easy and positive.
