Implementing a hybrid workplace solution for a global player. Utilising a combination of Workplace Technology and commercial furniture solutions, we created collaborative & agile spaces for NDT Global that enables their teams to communicate effectively irrespective of location.
NDT Global is a multinational organisation with 9 offices across Europe, The Middle East, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. NDT Global engaged with the team at Bizquip as they needed to adopt a new hybrid approach to working and had to ensure they implemented the correct solutions to enable this new way of working.
The successful outcome of this project for NDT Global was principally due to the understanding that a successful hybrid policy would involve a combination of Workplace Technology and Interior furniture solutions, enabling them to create a space that allowed for collaboration, communication, and integration across teams, regardless of their location.
Being able to deliver a fully comprehensive project collaborating across our commercial interior and workplace technology teams, NDT Global understood that the team here in Bizquip was experienced, knowledgeable, and equipped to ensure that NDT Global could maximise their office for hybrid use.

What did we do?
Our initial site survey determined the needs of NDT Global from the perspective of their furniture and workplace technology requirements. It gave our team the opportunity to fully understand their needs and deliver the all-encompassing solution they were eager to attain.
Of critical importance, was the need for all technology solutions to be easily integrated with their existing MS Teams infrastructure. With regards to their video conferencing solutions, we achieved this with the introduction of the Yealink MVC840 – an incredible piece of hardware that allows instant access to MS Teams Calls and enables users to wirelessly screen share with all participants on a call using a simple USB Dongle or single cable. A range of screens was chosen based on the desired location and room/meeting space size and capacity.
Bizquip also implemented a new Managed Print Solution for NDT Global by installing Ricoh and Brother Print Hardware alongside our bespoke print management tool, Bizvision. This new managed print solution has increased efficiencies and reduced running costs for NDT Global, while also ensuring their print infrastructure is secure.
Our commercial interiors team was able to suggest and recommend a range of furniture that was ideally suited for their needs, with a particular focus on their newly created meeting rooms. We used a combination of Cool tables by Actiu which were chosen thanks to the minimalist versatility of the range, with a structure that offers robustness, flexibility, and agility to create multiple configurations to suit varying levels of occupancy and purpose for the room as needed. The cantilever chairs were chosen due to the minimalist design aesthetic and comfort they provide, a vital element in any boardroom where longer meetings are often hosted.
Our work with NDT Global is a shining example of how our team at Bizquip can offer a comprehensive solution that is an amalgam of commercial interiors, workplace technology, and office supplies, making projects like this flow seamlessly from a single source and delivering a hugely effective workplace for clients like NDT.
