Creating Space Solutions For Dynamic Workplaces
It’s been a busy year for Bizquip! From furniture projects to managed print services, the Bizquip team has been all over Dublin recently, collaborating with companies of all sizes and types to create business solutions that work.

Deloitte Ireland, Three Park Place
As the largest global professional services and consulting network, Deloitte Ireland expanded its presence in Ireland in 2018, taking 31,300 sq ft of office space at Three Park Place, located in close proximity to its additional premises at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2.
Given that they have nearly 3,000 people in Ireland providing a range of professional services to their client base, this new office space was required to facilitate a variety of functions to ensure focused and collaborative types of work.
Bizquip delivered a complete furniture package for Three Park Place. Working with Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, John Sisk & Son as the Main Contractor and Deloitte’s Property & Facilities team, the ultimate goal for this project was to ensure that this new office space reflected Deloitte’s culture of collaboration and innovation.
This project represents the culmination of over 12 months of work, whereby the furniture package was tailored to meet the exact needs of the client, delivering a mix of fixed and height adjustable workstations, ergonomic task seating by Humanscale, meeting and training room furniture, along with a complete loose furniture package.
The outcome is a creative and ambitious workspace. Bizquip are extremely proud of the finished result at Three Park Place and we at Bizquip would like to thank Deloitte Ireland, Reddy Architecture & Urbanism and John Sisk & Sons for being such a capable and competent project team to work with.
Bishop’s Square, Dublin 2
Bishop’s Square is a 153,558 square foot office building just minutes away from St. Stephen’s Green and Grafton street. With six storeys and an impressive atrium that floods the space with light, Bishop’s Square is a Dublin 2 landmark.
In late 2018, Bizquip was awarded a contract to provide a loose furniture package for the building’s public spaces. Collaborating with talented teams of project managers, general contractors, and architects, Bizquip fit out the atrium and reception areas with a beautiful range of armchairs, sofas, tables, lamps, booths, and stools to create a mix of informal seating and collaborative workspace for the building’s tenants.
The nearly 20-year-old building has now been completely overhauled to accommodate a shift in workplace culture that tilts toward collaboration and coworking. Now, the reception and atrium are an impressive focal point of Bishop’s Square, providing tenants with a comfortable and efficient space to work.
Dublin City University, Glasnevin, Dublin 9
DCU is an ambitious university located in the rapidly-growing suburb of Glasnevin. Each year, DCU welcomes a diverse group of students from all around the world to provide an unbeatable education in humanities, sciences, and arts.
Last year, Bizquip was appointed to provide an end-to-end furniture solution for the St. Patrick’s Campus cafe project. Working with the DCU Estates team, Bizquip first provided layout plans and renders to help visualise a final collaborative space to suit a wide variety of student needs. After careful assessment, Bizquip offered a variety of armchairs, sofas, tables, and booths to meet the brief’s requirement of creating a hub for students to study and relax.
The end result is a vibrant space that caters to the changing needs of a university. Students can spend time with their friends, study, and even play pool! The bright furniture, fun artwork, and eclectic finishes reflect the university’s culture, and we’re so glad to have been part of such an exciting project!
Saon Group, Waterways House, Dublin 2
Saongroup is an online recruitment platform that began in the West of Ireland in 1995. Since then, they have been connecting businesses with qualified candidates, helping create a powerful Irish workforce that has been steadily growing for years.
Recently, the group relocated to an amazing location in Dublin 2’s Waterways House, and Bizquip was tasked to provide the supply and installation of the complete furniture package. The talented Think Contemporary group formulated an incredible concept and brief, and the Bizquip Interiors team worked to Sonica Fitout’s delivery programme to provide a full suite of furniture including workstations, task chairs, monitor arms, acoustic screens, soft seating, meeting room tables and chairs, storage and whiteboards.
The Waterways House space is a functional and beautiful space that embodies Saon Group’s dynamic culture.
